Nurture & Bloom – Booking Terms & Conditions
By booking or attending any session with Nurture & Bloom, part of Nurture Medical Group, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Nature of Services & Scope of Practice
All services provided by Nurture & Bloom are educational, informational, and supportive in nature. This includes antenatal classes, hypnobirthing, breastfeeding support groups, pregnancy relaxation sessions, Caesarean preparation sessions, post-dates support, and any related workshops.
We are not providing medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and services are designed to complement—not replace—NHS maternity care.

2. NHS Care & Medical Responsibility
All clients are advised to continue under the care of their NHS midwife, GP, obstetrician, or other relevant healthcare professionals throughout pregnancy, birth, and postnatal care.
Nothing within our sessions should be used as a substitute for medical advice, and you should always seek guidance from your healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.

3. Booking & Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in any session, course, or group.
No booking is confirmed until payment has been received.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date where available.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
Where possible, we will try to transfer your booking to another available session at our discretion.

5. Non-Attendance (No Shows)
Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in the full payment being retained. Repeated non-attendance may require future bookings to be paid in advance.

6. Late Arrival
If you arrive late, you may miss part of the session. For group-based courses, we cannot guarantee repeat teaching of missed content, and no refund or reduction will be offered for time missed.

7. Personal Responsibility & Participation
By attending any Nurture & Bloom session, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions at all times

You are responsible for the care and supervision of your baby/child if they attend with you

You participate voluntarily and at your own discretion

You will inform the facilitator of any relevant medical, emotional, or physical considerations that may affect participation

8. Pregnancy, Birth & Information Disclaimer
All information provided is based on professional experience, evidence-based guidance, and educational practice.
However, pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period are unpredictable, and outcomes vary between individuals. We make no guarantee regarding birth outcomes or experiences.
All techniques, suggestions, and discussions (including breathing techniques, positioning, hypnobirthing, or relaxation methods) are optional tools only and should be used in conjunction with guidance from your healthcare provider.

9. Breastfeeding & Support Groups
Breastfeeding support sessions are educational and peer-supported in nature.
They do not replace individual clinical lactation consultation where required. Where appropriate, we may signpost to NHS infant feeding teams, IBCLCs, or other specialist services.

10. Complementary Practices (Including Aromatherapy)
Where complementary wellbeing practices such as aromatherapy, relaxation, or guided imagery are included, these are provided for comfort and wellbeing purposes only.
Essential oils and similar products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Clients must inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or relevant medical conditions prior to participation.

11. Group Sessions & Confidentiality
Our sessions may include group discussion and shared experiences. We ask all participants to respect the privacy, dignity, and confidentiality of others.
While we encourage a confidential environment, we cannot guarantee that all participants will maintain confidentiality outside of the session.

12. Age & Attendance
Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over unless otherwise specified. Babies may attend certain sessions where appropriate, but remain the responsibility of the parent or carer at all times.

13. Pricing & Services
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.
We reserve the right to amend course content, structure, or facilitators where necessary to maintain quality or safety of delivery.

14. Photography & Consent
Photographs or recordings will not be taken without consent.
If images are used for marketing or educational purposes, separate written consent will always be obtained. You may decline this without it affecting your ability to access services.

15. Data Protection & GDPR
All personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Information is stored securely and used only for the purpose of delivering safe and appropriate services. You may request access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.

Nurture & Bloom and Nurture Medical Group accept no liability for decisions made by clients based on information provided during sessions.
Participation in sessions is at your own discretion, and you remain responsible for seeking appropriate medical advice from qualified healthcare professionals.

1. Medical Consultation & Suitability
All treatments are subject to a full consultation. As qualified medical professionals, we reserve the right to decline or delay treatment where it is deemed clinically inappropriate, unsafe, or not in the client’s best interests. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

2. Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. No appointment slot will be reserved without payment.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
We are happy to rearrange appointments where possible, subject to availability.

Aesthetic treatments, including anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers, carry risks and results can vary between individuals. Outcomes are not guaranteed. Full informed consent will be obtained prior to treatment.

7. Aftercare Responsibility
Clients are required to follow all aftercare advice provided. Nurture & Renew Aesthetics cannot accept liability for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to adhere to aftercare instructions.

8. Refund Policy (Treatments)
Due to the nature of medical aesthetic procedures, treatments are non-refundable once carried out. However, we will review any concerns and offer follow-up appointments where clinically appropriate.

9. Age Restriction
All clients must be aged 18 years or over. Valid photographic ID may be requested.

11. Prescribing & Regulated Treatments
Certain treatments (including anti-wrinkle injections) require a prescription-only medicine. A face-to-face or remote consultation with a qualified prescriber will be required prior to treatment. If a prescription is not approved, treatment will not go ahead and a full refund will be issued.

12. Photography & Marketing Consent
Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for medical records, treatment planning, and insurance purposes. Separate written consent will always be obtained for the use of images for marketing or educational purposes, and clients have the right to decline this without affecting their treatment.

All client information is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal and medical data will be securely stored and used solely for the purpose of providing safe and appropriate care. Clients have the right to request access to their data, request corrections, or withdraw consent where applicable.

While all treatments are performed by trained and qualified medical professionals in accordance with current standards and guidelines, Nurture & Renew Aesthetics shall not be held liable for any complications, side effects, or dissatisfaction arising from treatment where appropriate consent has been obtained and procedures have been correctly carried out.
