At Nurture Medical Group, we believe that exceptional care begins with feeling safe, listened to and supported.
We are a team of healthcare professionals who came together with a shared vision — to create a calm, welcoming space where high-quality midwifery support and medical aesthetic treatments are delivered with compassion, integrity and a genuinely client-centred approach.

Our Story
Nurture Medical Group was founded from a shared passion for providing care that feels different.
As two couples working within healthcare, with backgrounds in midwifery and medicine, we have spent years supporting people through some of the most important and vulnerable moments in their lives. Through this experience, we recognise the value of time, trust, and truly listening to each individual.
We wanted to create a space that reflects those values — where care is never rushed, advice is always honest, and every person feels respected and supported in their choices.
Meet the Team

Emily
Registered Midwife | Hypnobirthing Practitioner | Medical Aesthetics Clinician
Emily has over 9 years of experience as a midwife, working across a variety of settings. She currently works in a rural environment, supporting women through pregnancy and birth, with a particular focus on waterbirth, homebirth, and informed choice. Her approach is calm, supportive, and centred around empowering women to feel confident in their decisions. This same ethos carries through into her work within aesthetics, where she prioritises safety, natural results, and honest guidance. Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with Matt and their two young daughters, and being outdoors in nature.

Rosie

Rosie brings 12 years of experience as a midwife, having worked in a range of clinical settings. She has a particular passion for homebirth, waterbirth, and antenatal education, helping families feel informed and prepared for their journey into parenthood. Her approach is warm, reassuring, and grounded in building trust. She is passionate about creating a supportive environment where people feel comfortable asking questions and exploring their options. Outside of work, Rosie enjoys baking and spending time with Liam, their two boys, and their dog, Monty.

His background in general practice brings a broad and holistic understanding of patient care, with a strong focus on safety, clinical judgement, and personalised treatment. His background has developed a high level of clinical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex situations with confidence and care.
