Service Description
Our monthly pregnancy relaxation evenings offer a calm, cosy space to unwind and take time for yourself during pregnancy. Held in small groups of up to five people, these sessions are designed to help you slow down, relax, and feel supported alongside others at a similar stage in their journey. Each evening includes guided relaxation, gentle breathing techniques, and the use of aromatherapy to create a peaceful and soothing atmosphere. You’ll be welcomed into a comfortable setting, with time to enjoy a warm drink and simply pause from the busyness of everyday life. These evenings are suitable at any stage of pregnancy over 12 weeks gestation and offer an opportunity to nurture both body and mind as you prepare to meet your baby. Each session includes: • Guided relaxation • Gentle breathing techniques • Aromatherapy for relaxation including a rollerball blend to take home with you • A warm drink in a comfortable setting • Small group of up to five people • A calm and supportive atmosphere
