Antenatal Education & Hypnobirthing

Service Description

Prepare for birth, early parenthood and beyond with our comprehensive antenatal course, designed and delivered by two experienced NHS midwives. Our one day course combines evidence-based antenatal education with practical hypnobirthing techniques, helping you understand not only what happens during pregnancy, labour and birth, but how to approach it with greater confidence, knowledge and calm. Together we’ll explore pregnancy, labour, birth, infant feeding, newborn care and the transition into early parenthood, while giving you practical tools to support informed decision-making, relaxation, birth preparation and working with your body’s natural physiology. Our group classes are intentionally kept small to create a relaxed, supportive environment where you and your birth partner can ask questions, build confidence and prepare for your own unique journey. The session will take place in our beautiful rural studio and is suitable from 24 weeks pregnancy. Each session includes comfortable seating, space to move around, light refreshments and a complimentary Nurture & Bloom resource pack to support your learning at home.
